A Voice for the Community

"Hi everyone, My name is Christina!" "I'm so excited to be the newest member of the RGA Board of Directors."

"I wanted to join the board because I have a disability and I believe our ideas are important," Christina shares. "RGA thinks that we should help make the decisions for our own community, too!"

A Personal Journey

RGA has always felt like family for Christina. "When my brother John and I needed help, they found us a home," she recalls. "Most importantly, they listen to me."

This support was crucial in her career journey. "They helped me find a job I love at the DuPage Children's Museum," she says. "Because they listened, I felt supported and ready to grow."

Leading the Way

Now, Christina is ready to give back. "Now, it's my turn to help RGA," she states. "Being on the board means I can make sure we always listen to people with disabilities. It's simple: our voices need to be part of the conversation."

"I am so proud to be a leader and help make RGA the best it can be for everyone."
