Make a Difference for People With Disabilities

We rely on your generosity to continue our work. Your donation will help us provide person-centered services for people with disabilities and their families.

Parent with toddler

At Ray Graham Association (RGA), we're leading Illinois in disability services. 80% of every dollar you donate goes directly to help people with disabilities to reach, grow, and achieve. Your giving improves not only their lives, but also the lives of their families and communities. We’re thankful that people with developmental disabilities can continue to count on your support.

In addition to helping those in need, we want to ensure your gift is rewarding to you, as well. That’s why we’ve made it easy to learn about the financial tools you can use to wisely plan your gift so that it can return benefits to you. For instance, did you know that:

  • You can make a gift using appreciated securities and realize larger tax savings than if you had used cash.
  • You can make a very simple legacy gift that costs you nothing during your lifetime and saves your heirs up to 60% taxes later on.
  • You can turn surplus life insurance coverage into an extraordinary gift.

Your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We also ensure that your online contributions are secure and that we never share your personal information with anyone.

Other Ways to Give

Gifts of Stock

Your gift of stock can help people with disabilities and bring tax benefits to you and your family. If you plan to donate stock, please let us know. In the case of an electronic transfer, it obtaining your contact information after the transaction is processed can be complicated. We want to process your gift and acknowledge your generosity properly. If you plan to make a gift of stock, email Maddie Loper.

In Honor or Remembrance

Your gift made in honor or remembrance of someone is a beautiful way to pay tribute to them and support a good cause. We will send an acknowledgment to the person you’re honoring, emphasizing the impact of that gift. If you would like to memorialize a deceased loved one, “In Lieu of Flowers” language is available here.

Making a gift through your will is a thoughtful way to empower people with disabilities to reach, grow, and achieve. It is easy! A simple and straightforward sentence in your will can help the people we serve live rich and meaningful lives.

“I give, devise, and bequeath to Ray Graham Association for People with Disabilities, the sum of ________ dollars ($_______) for the benefit of its general support (or specify the specific program you wish to support).”
