Ray Graham Association Welcomes Laura Milewski as Senior Director of Development

Milewski brings two decades of major gifts leadership to western Chicago suburbs nonprofit serving people with disabilities

LISLE, Illinois—Ray Graham Association (RGA) announced the appointment of Laura Milewski, MBA, as Senior Director of Development. Milewski joins RGA's leadership team as the organization advances its mission to create opportunities that empower people with disabilities to reach, grow, and achieve.

A major gifts leader with two decades of nonprofit experience, Milewski spent nearly a decade at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society building individual giving programs, coaching development teams, and securing significant major gifts across regional and national portfolios. She holds an MBA in nonprofit management.

"Laura brings the kind of expertise and relational instinct that moves a development program forward with real intention," said Kim Zoeller, President and CEO of Ray Graham Association. "She understands that philanthropy is about shared vision, not transactions, and that's exactly the culture we're building here."

In her new role, Milewski will lead RGA's individual giving strategy, manage a major gifts portfolio, and deepen relationships with the philanthropic partners who make the organization's community-based model possible. RGA is accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and serves nearly 2,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the western suburbs of Chicago.

"RGA is doing something rare: building a community where people with disabilities are genuinely seen and supported to live full, empowered lives,” said Milewski. “That’s a mission worth investing in, and I’m looking forward to helping the right partners find their way to it.”
