Ray Graham Association Earns Gold Recognition for Complete Care

Behind every health check, follow-up, and moment of support is a dedicated team committed to empowering people with disabilities. That commitment has earned Ray Graham Association national recognition for excellence in care.

At Ray Graham Association (RGA), quality care is a daily commitment made by everyone who supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Community Living Residences (CLR) team earned the 2026 Impruvon IMPACT Award for Complete Care, receiving Gold for Vitals Completion Rate in the Summit Tier, the single best result of any organization our size. We also earned Silver for Effectiveness Check Completion.

According to Impruvon's Q2 2026 IMPACT Scorecard, RGA achieved:

• 🥇 100% Vitals Completion Rate (ensuring individuals receive the support they need when they need it most)
• 🥈 92% Effectiveness Check Completion Rate (confirming that interventions and services are achieving their intended outcomes)

While awards can help families and community members identify organizations committed to high-quality support, what matters most is the employees who consistently prioritize medication safety and execution excellence. Every completed health check, every documented follow-up, and every attention to detail contributes to a safer, more responsive home environment for people with disabilities.
