Since 1997, the Council of Quality and Leadership (CQL) has accredited Ray Graham Association for our leadership’s vision of dignity, opportunity, and community for all people. The executive and program leaders deeply understand the specific needs and challenges faced by the people we serve. They also enjoy collaborating with families, friends, and donors to empower people with disabilities. Led by President & CEO Kim Zoeller, RGA team members are strongly committed to inclusivity, diversity, and equity in all aspects of our work. Executive Leadership
Kim Zoeller, President & Chief Executive Officer
Kim Zoeller is president and chief executive officer of Ray Graham Association. In 1994, she joined the organization by helping people with disabilities find jobs as an Employment Specialist. In 2010, the Board of Directors appointed her to serve as the president and CEO. Under her leadership, Ray Graham Association has grown to serve over 2,000 people with disabilities and their families in DuPage County and the surrounding area.
She manages the board for Life’s Plan, chairs the board for the Institute on Public Policy for People with Disabilities, and serves in leadership roles for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Committee for the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, and the Division of Developmental Disabilities Quality Committee for the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Russ Brondyke, Chief People Officer
Russ Brondyke is the chief people officer of Ray Graham Association. As the head of a multifaceted Human Resources department, he oversees employee recruiting, hiring, and retention, coaching and leadership training, benefits and retirement plan administration, as well as creating and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Mark Langan, Chief Development Officer
Mark Langan is the chief development officer for Ray Graham Association. Since 2018, he has provided leadership for all fundraising strategies and activities that enable the organization to support more people in more ways. With over 30 years of experience in for-profit and nonprofit business, Mark’s is responsible for gift planning, major gifts, fundraising events, corporate sponsorship, and marketing efforts aimed at raising over $1.7 million annually.
Caren Musembi, Chief Services Officer
Caren Musembi is the chief services officer for Ray Graham Association. She began working at Ray Graham Association in 1998, providing direct support to people with disabilities as well as leadership throughout the organization. Since 2016, she has been responsible for all operations, including improving the quality of and range of services offered. A recognized leader in the community, she serves on the Human Services Advisory Committee at College of DuPage and the board of West Suburban Jobs Council.
Amber Norman, Chief Financial Officer
Amber Norman is the chief financial officer of Ray Graham Association. Since 2022, she fosters the financial integrity and fiscal health of the organization. With years of accounting and audit experience in public and private industries, she oversees and directs all finance and business planning activities at Ray Graham Association, including the annual budget and operating and capital planning.
